The fan is intended for blowing air into the combustion chambers of central heating boilers. It can also be used for general ventilation of rooms and technological devices.

Construction - the fan consists of two parts of an aluminum housing, in which a motor with an external rotor is mounted.
Metal impeller, mounted directly on the motor shaft.
The blower is equipped with a cable with a plug 2 m long.
The inlet opening is protected by a mesh.
The outlet opening is finished with a flange with mounting holes.
The blower is powder coated black, which additionally protects it against corrosion and extends its service life at the highest level

APPLICATION

The fan is intended for blowing clean air into the combustion chambers of central heating boilers. It is also used for general ventilation of rooms and technological devices. Basic application - coal boilers 15 - 35 kW. Depending on the boiler design and the way individual manufacturers make the blowers, they may also be used in higher power boilers.

FAN CONSTRUCTION

The blower consists of two aluminum housing elements. The housing contains a motor with an external rotor made of galvanized steel. The fan inlet opening is covered with a metal mesh, thus protecting the impeller from elements that could damage it. The outlet opening is finished with a flange with holes for mounting the blower. All electrical connections are placed in a junction box made of insulating material. The blower motor is adapted for smooth speed control set by controller parameters. The motor is not a cheap Chinese replacement.

With the blower, you will receive the necessary screws for installation and a gasket preventing air leakage to the sides. The drawing next to it shows the exact dimensions of the blower.
