THE FEEDER WAS USED IN BOILER TESTS TO OBTAIN A 5TH CLASS CERTIFICATE MEETING CLEAN AIR STANDARDS. THE FEEDER ITSELF DOES NOT GUARANTEE OBTAINING THE 5TH CLASS. THE FEEDER MUST BE INSTALLED IN A BOILER WITH THE APPROPRIATE CONSTRUCTION TO MEET THE 5TH CLASS STANDARDS. IT MUST ALSO WORK WITH THE IRYD CONTROLLER AND DM 80 BLOWERS. ALL THESE PRODUCTS ARE AVAILABLE IN OUR AUCTIONS.

APPLICATION

The feeder is equipped with a Besel motor (photos are for illustrative purposes only).

The Domer screw feeder with a power of 25 kW is equipped with a gearbox from Ewmar-ness and a Besel motor. The Besel motor with enhanced operating parameters and increased durability guarantees quiet and trouble-free operation for many years. The carburizing sleeve of the gearmotor, made to special order, protects the system from seizure.

The feeder has a steel body and a steel screw equipped with a tip in the form of a bent claw facilitating the scraping of fuel from the bent part of the elbow. Additionally, the feeder is equipped with a toothed ring and a grate made of refractory cast iron ensuring long-lasting and trouble-free operation. The feeder can transport fuels such as hard coal of the pea assortment with a granulation of 5 - 25 mm. Feeders from the Domer series are characterized by low service and maintenance costs. They are environmentally friendly, easy to operate and maintain.

These feeders are used in boilers heating areas up to 200 m2. However, this depends on the building's volume, insulation level, and the fuel used.
