Basic description:

IRYD 620 is a controller designed to control the operation of a central heating boiler with a pellet burner. The controller manages an advanced heating installation. A specially designed menu allows gradual activation of subsequent functions and capabilities of the controller. This controller features a special pid fuzzy logic algorithm that can smoothly adjust the appropriate fuel doses depending on the load of the installation and the type of fuel. The controller continuously controls the blower operation, selecting the appropriate amount of fuel for a given blower speed. All this, combined with automatic ignition and boiler shutdown, helps save on the amount of fuel burned, which in turn has a beneficial effect on the natural environment.

Additionally, thanks to the use of RS communication, up to 5 modules controlling mixing valves, an internet module, and a room panel can be connected to the controller, allowing significant expansion of the heating installation and enabling convenient operation.

Thanks to support for an optical flame sensor as well as a flue gas temperature sensor, this controller can work with practically any pellet burner, both with 1 fuel feeder and with 2 feeders (auxiliary feeder). It supports self-cleaning burners with a moving grate as well as simple burners without optics and automatic cleaning. Additionally, it has a function allowing combustion on an additional grate and burner operation without flame control in emergency mode. Equipped with a range of additional sensors (e.g., external temperature, room panels), it allows the boiler to be shut down if certain heating circuits are sufficiently heated. Thus, the boiler with the IRYD 620 controller will ignite itself and start heating the circuit that requires it at the moment. As one of the few controllers, IRYD 620 can cooperate with a heat buffer, which is increasingly used in modern central heating installations. All this is wrapped in a clear color display and proven electronic solutions, allowing pleasant use of the controller for many years.
