What is Carbosmar?
Carbosmar is a liquid additive for boilers using eco-pea coal with a screw feeder, but it also works well in boilers with other coal feeding systems, as evidenced by numerous reviews and market information.
Why use Carbosmar?
Noise reduction!
Lower electricity consumption.
The sound of coal breaking in the feeder is annoying for household members (especially at night). Carbosmar makes the boiler's operation steady and free of cracks. The lubricating properties of Carbosmar significantly reduce the resistance of coal rolling, thus the electric motor driving the screw via the gearbox uses up to 40% less energy. It should also be remembered that the actuator in the power circuit of the motor and fan is usually an electromagnetic relay, which when switching on the motor (inductive load) under heavy load wears out its contacts, they can even stick together, which always causes the boiler to stop working.
Protection against corrosion. The chemical substances in Carbosmar reduce the effect of sulfurous acid and other aggressive chemical compounds responsible for low-temperature chemical corrosion of the combustion chamber and feeder. Regular use of Carbosmar can extend the trouble-free operation period of the boiler by up to 3 years.
Less ash. Carbosmar causes the ash produced from combustion to have much smaller granulation, is more loose, no clinkers form in the firebox, so it needs to be removed less often.
Pin breakage prevention. The lubricating properties of Carbosmar practically reduce the risk of pin breakage to zero.
Is Carbosmar toxic?
No! Carbosmar is an ecological agent, completely safe for the environment and people who come into contact with it, when used according to instructions it poses no threat to health or life. To achieve such an environmentally friendly product, no harmful or toxic substances were used in the production process. Small amounts of dye (blue) only emphasize that it is not a food product. Carbosmar has a certificate from the Polish Hygiene Association (PZH) no. HK/K/0479/01/2016.
Has Carbosmar's effectiveness been confirmed by research?
Yes! Carbosmar was tested at the Institute of Thermal Energy of the Silesian University of Technology in Gliwice, all its advantages are confirmed by research, which can be reviewed. (The seller provides a brochure with test results).
I've never heard of Carbosmar!
Carbosmar is new on the market and the only such innovative product, made from Polish raw materials. Its formula is protected by Polish and European patents. In 2016, Carbosmar was awarded the prestigious "Business Rose" award in the "Product of the Year" category. In 2017, its inventor received an award in the "Innovator" category.

Cost of using Carbosmar.
Assuming that for a full coal hopper (about 125 kg of eco-pea coal = about 5 bags) you need 250 ml of Carbosmar, the daily cost of using Carbosmar IS ONLY A FEW TENS OF GROSZY!
How to use Carbosmar?
Carbosmar is used by pouring the appropriate portion (about 250 ml) directly and centrally onto the coal pile of the full hopper. It is important to pour the mentioned portion slowly in one place so that the agent flows through the coal to the bottom of the hopper.
Summary:
Using liquid lubricant for boilers powered by a screw feeder burning hard coal causes:
– reduction of friction between coal and the screw feeder as well as between coal lumps,
– reduction of wear of mechanical parts of the feeder, its drive and protections,
– reduction of annoying noise caused by coal crushing by the screw,
– reduction of electricity consumption by the screw drive motor,
– reduction of wear of relay contacts of the controller and drive motor components,
– reduction of corrosion of feeder and combustion chamber parts caused by volatile sulfur compounds.
An important advantage of using liquid lubricant for boilers powered by a screw feeder burning hard coal is obtaining additional ecological benefits. These consist of reducing carbon dioxide emissions into the atmosphere by electricity producers and reducing sulfur compounds emitted as a result of the combustion process in boilers.
