BASIC DESCRIPTION:
IRYD RTZ Pid Fuzzy Logic COLOR is a controller designed to control the operation of a central heating boiler with a screw or piston feeder (with a feeder position sensor). The controller manages an advanced heating installation. The specially designed menu allows gradual activation of subsequent functions and capabilities of the controller.
This controller features a special pid fuzzy logic algorithm, which, after the user sets the maximum and minimum boiler power, can smoothly adjust the appropriate fuel doses depending on the load of the installation and the type of fuel. The controller continuously controls the blower operation, selecting the appropriate amount of fuel for a given blower speed. Additionally, this version is equipped with an extra pid algorithm affecting the flue gas temperature, regulating the boiler power so that the flue gas temperature does not exceed the maximum set by the user. These modern control algorithms help save on the amount of fuel burned, which positively impacts the natural environment.
The Iryd RTZ PID RS uses RS 232 ProND communication, which has expanded its operational capabilities. RS232 ProND allows, among other things, connecting the controller to a LAN module. Compared to 1-Wire communication, this has increased the range of functions for remote control of the controller's operation.
The controller includes an STB sensor.

- control of the domestic hot water (DHW) storage tank loading pump
- control of the second heating circuit - mixer pump or underfloor heating pump

- control of the circulation pump, which can be used in the DHW circulation or central heating circulation
- support for two REMOTES or room thermostats (two independent circuits)
- weather compensation control of boiler temperature and mixer circuit*
- weekly control of central heating circuit, mixer/floor, DHW, DHW circulation
- operating modes WINTER, SUMMER, DHW PRIORITY, NO DHW
- 5 sets of programmable parameters between which the user can switch during controller operation
- support for basket lid open sensor
- algorithm counting the amount of fuel burned
- additional pid algorithm monitoring flue gas temperature*
- anti-freeze function below 5°C
- anti-stop function preventing pump seizure
*weather sensor and flue gas sensor must be purchased separately.
