The controller is additionally equipped with an STB sensor, which is responsible for the proper combustion temperature in the boiler to comply with all requirements of the new regulations. To achieve the proper effect, the controller must be connected to a V class boiler. It is also perfectly suitable for feeders whose manufacturer allows burning, besides pea coal, pellet and biomass. The controller has a modern design. The set includes all sensors necessary for proper operation. The flue gas sensor and weather sensor are available in other listings.

The controller also works perfectly with traditional boilers with feeders.

IRYD 610 is a regulator designed to control the operation of a CO boiler with a screw feeder. The regulator controls an advanced heating installation. A specially designed menu allows gradual activation of subsequent functions and capabilities of the regulator. This regulator has a special PID fuzzy logic algorithm, which after the user sets the maximum and minimum boiler power, can smoothly adjust the appropriate fuel doses depending on the load of the installation and the type of fuel. The regulator continuously controls the blower operation, selecting the appropriate amount of fuel for the given blower speed. Moreover, this version is equipped with an additional PID algorithm affecting the flue gas temperature, regulating the boiler power so that the flue gas temperature value does not exceed the maximum set by the user. These modern control algorithms help save on the amount of fuel burned, which positively impacts the natural environment. Additionally, up to 5 modules controlling the mixing valve, an internet module, and a room panel can be connected to the regulator, allowing significant expansion of the heating installation.

IRYD is the newest controller for boilers with feeders. Thanks to the latest software, the controller can be connected to an internet module and control the boiler operation via an application. The controller does not support the mixer actuator, but after purchasing the mixing valve module (12944), it can be expanded with a valve. The module is available in a separate listing.

The controller includes all necessary sensors: temperature sensor, emergency sensor, feeder sensor, sensors for 3 pumps. Valve sensor, weather sensor, and flue gas sensor are available in separate listings.
