The Signum 105 controller is the successor to the popular Alfa controller. It has the same parameters and supports a blower and a pump.
The Signum 105 temperature controller is the simplest device equipped with all the necessary options and capabilities. This controller very easily provides control over the combustion process in forced-draft fine coal/fuel-fed boilers.
The combustion process itself involves controlling the blower that supplies air to the boiler and the pump responsible for circulating water in the system. The manufacturer recommends using blowers based on R2E 120 AR77-05 type motors (used in WBS6, WPA07, and other blowers) and CM 80.20.00 LT type motors (used in RV blowers). To enhance safety when working with the Signum 105 controller, it is suggested to use it in conjunction with an emergency thermostat, which provides additional protection for the boiler. Due to its programming capabilities, the controller can be adapted to various types of fuel.
