The AURATON Tucana R (transmitter) is a weekly, wireless temperature controller designed to work with AURATON Aries and AURATON Fornax.
Weekly, wireless temperature controller. It is equipped with a heating device operating time counter. The AURATON Tucana R allows the user to manage 7 independently configurable programs, with 4 independently settable temperatures – day, night, anti-freeze, holiday. The LCD display has 3 backlight colors to choose from and is adapted for use in dimly lit rooms. The temperature controller is equipped with a PWM operating mode, which involves cyclic switching on and off of the heating device, minimizing temperature fluctuations. The PWM algorithm maintains thermal comfort in the room by anticipating the heating system's behavior, while also ensuring minimal energy consumption. The AURATON Tucana R acts as a radio transmitter and is dedicated to work with AURATON Fornax (receiver) and AURATON Aries (floor heating control strip).
