BASIC DESCRIPTION
Air chamber for the Pancerpol feeder. It is intended for feeders used in boilers with a power of 15kW. It can also be used in feeders from other companies, as they have very similar dimensions. The lid, i.e., the chamber cover, must be purchased separately, which you will find in the accessories of the given product. The air chamber is part of the feeder's construction. It is an integral part of it. The chamber is located under the firebox.

FEEDER CONSTRUCTION PRINCIPLE
The feeder has a steel body and a steel auger equipped with an end in the form of a bent claw that facilitates scraping fuel from the bent part of the elbow. This solution is protected by patent no. 201027. Additionally, the feeder is equipped with a toothed ring and a firebox made of refractory cast iron, ensuring long-lasting and trouble-free operation. The firebox is placed in the feeder's air chamber. The chamber connects to the coal feeding system via the feeder pipe. The whole is topped with a gear motor, thanks to which the fuel is fed to the firebox. The feeder can transport fuels such as hard coal of the pea assortment with a granulation of 5 - 25 mm. Feeders from the standard, DUO, and TRIO series are characterized by low service and maintenance costs. They are environmentally friendly, easy to operate, and maintain.
