The Air Chamber Cover is part of the feeder's construction. It is an integral part of it. The chamber cover is mounted at the bottom of the air chamber.
The air chamber cover for the Pancerpol feeder is made, like the rest of the feeder components, from steel. All parts that make up the boiler fuel feeding system are covered by a patent. The cover is finished with an aesthetic layer of black paint. In the center of the cover, there is a hole allowing it to be screwed to the chamber.

FEEDER CONSTRUCTION PRINCIPLE
The feeder has a steel body and a steel auger equipped with an end shaped like a bent claw, which facilitates scraping fuel from the bent part of the elbow. This solution is protected by patent no. 201027. Additionally, the feeder is equipped with a toothed ring and a fire grate made of refractory cast iron, ensuring long-lasting and trouble-free operation. The grate is placed in the feeder's air chamber. The chamber connects to the fuel feeding system via the feeder pipe. The whole is topped with a gear motor, which feeds the fuel to the grate. The feeder can transport fuel such as hard coal of the pea assortment with a granulation of 5 - 25 mm. Feeders from the standard, DUO, and TRIO series are characterized by low service and maintenance costs. They are environmentally friendly, easy to operate, and maintain.
