Thermomanometer is used as a dual indicator of temperature and pressure, among others, in steam boilers, heating systems.
Material construction of the housing: carbon steel
Material construction of the sensor and stop valve: copper alloys
The principle of bimetal operation is based on the use of the phenomenon of different thermal expansion of metals. Temperature measurement is carried out using a bimetallic sensor, which consists of a spiral inseparably twisted from two metal strips with different coefficients of thermal expansion.
Under the influence of temperature, the strip bends towards the metal with lower expansion. The rotation of the bimetal axis is transferred to the pointer indicating the temperature on the dial.
The principle of the Bourdon tube is based on the elasticity of a metal tube with an appropriately flattened cross-section. The installed mechanical transmission converts the tube's movement into the rotational movement of the pointer indicating the operating pressure.
Maximum pressure: 4 bars
Measured temperature range from 0 to 120 degrees C
Mounting thread 1/2 inch.
