TWO-COMPONENT EPOXY PUTTY POXILINA FOR SEALING PIPES

Poxilina® is a two-component epoxy putty ideal for repairing pipes made of all kinds of materials:
- iron.
- bronze.
- PVC.
- polypropylene.
- lead, etc.
Poxilina® has a PZH hygienic certificate HK/W/0595/01/2012 allowing its use for sealing and repairing pipes for the transmission of cold water intended for human consumption and for hot water.
After mixing, it hardens within 10 minutes.
Two-component putty
POXILINA — is a two-component mass used to fill gaps, seal surfaces of various shapes, and bond objects of any thickness. It has unlimited applications in household use and modeling. It is ideal for repairing leaking pipes and perforated tanks. It dries in just 10 minutes and after an hour reaches metal hardness. It can then be drilled, nailed, cut, and painted.
PROPERTIES:
- It is applied cold, has the consistency of a plastic mass, and after curing achieves metal hardness.
- After 1 hour it can be sawed, drilled, and worked with ordinary tools.
- It does not shrink or stretch, is a good electrical insulator, and contains no solvents.
- Suitable for bonding objects of any thickness, does not run off vertical surfaces, and is resistant to acids and solvents.
- Does not lose its properties over time, has very good temperature resistance, unaffected by cold, heat, or water.
APPLICATION:
For sealing, filling, reconstructing, repairing, and joining: metals, wood, concrete, glass, marble, etc. Used like a plastic mass, it achieves metal hardness within 10 minutes. Seals and repairs pipes, all kinds of sanitary devices, fuel tanks, etc. Can be used in artistic modeling, hobbies, etc.
HOW TO USE:
- Ensure that the surfaces to be bonded are clean, dry, free of grease, and rust-free.
- Cut one equal piece from each of the components A and B contained in the same package.
- The unused portion of the components can be stored – in a tightly sealed bag – for later use.
- Knead the mass for 2 minutes until a uniform color is obtained.
- Apply the mass to the surface prepared for repair.
- Do not subject the repaired part to any actions for 10 minutes, allowing the applied mass to cure properly.
- Immediately after finishing work, wash hands with warm water and soap.
