This controller is designed to control the operation of the blower and circulation pump in C.O. installations and the C.W.U. pump. It features simple operation. The microprocessor controller KRYPTON C.W.U. stabilizes the temperature of the C.O. boiler by smoothly regulating the blower speed, performs boiler purges (to remove excess gases produced during combustion), and protects the C.O. installation from water boiling. It is equipped with control algorithms that allow fuel savings.

The controller has programming options for:

- purge time

- time between purges

- maximum and minimum blower speeds

- circulation pump activation temperature

- controller shutdown temperature

The KRYPTON C.W.U. controller has a special service mode for installers and fitters, in which you can set:

- fan characteristics (fan power for speed 1, and fan power for speed 11)

- fan power during purge

- range of speed reduction, smooth blower speed regulation

Due to many parameters, it is not possible to precisely determine the blower power for a given boiler. This power depends on many factors such as: the size of the furnace relative to the heated area, type of fuel, type of blower. The controller allows setting maximum and minimum blower speeds, which enables precise adjustment of the power at which the blower will operate. Gradual blower activation from minimum to maximum speeds extends the motor's lifespan and prevents sudden ignition of gases accumulated in the boiler (so-called popping).

Fuel control

This function works by reducing the blower speed to a minimum when the controller detects a temperature drop despite the blower being on. Reducing the blower speed does not cause excessive cooling of the C.O. boiler. This function activates after 30 minutes if the set temperature has been reached, or after 2 hours if the set temperature has not been reached.

Automatic setting retention

The controller has automatic setting retention in case of power failure and resumes the previously performed operation after power is restored. The controller can be reset to factory settings. This function is useful when the controller is misadjusted by inexperienced operators. Below 5 °C, the controller turns on the circulation pump, which delays freezing of some parts of the C.O. installation (the most vulnerable ones). After the heating season, every 14 days the pump is turned on for 1 minute - this prevents the pump from seizing - this function works when the controller is on.

The controller is equipped with an external thermostat. The external thermostat (emergency thermostat) serves as protection against overheating, which may result from controller failure or improper operation. The thermostat is connected in series with the blower.

The set includes:

- temperature controller with temperature sensor and external thermostat

- locking strap, pressure spring

- power plug on cable for connecting blower/pump

- metal brackets for mounting the controller on the stove

This controller is designed to control the operation of the blower and circulation pump in C.O. installations and DHW pump. It features simple operation. The microprocessor controller KRYPTON DHW stabilizes the temperature of the C.O. boiler by smoothly regulating the blower speed, performs boiler purges (to remove excess gases produced during combustion), and protects the C.O. installation from water overheating. It is equipped with control algorithms that allow fuel savings.

The controller controls:
