The microprocessor temperature controller for the TANGO boiler is a device used to control the operation of a boiler with a fuel feeder. It allows for the regulation of water temperature in the installation by controlling the boiler's actuators, i.e., the fuel feeder, blower, and circulation pump.
In the TANGO - TŁOK controller version, a special algorithm for reversing the feeder motor in case of jamming has been applied.
The microprocessor boiler temperature controller TANGO is a device used to control the operation of a boiler with a fuel feeder. It allows for the regulation of water temperature in the installation by controlling the boiler's actuators, i.e. the fuel feeder, blower, and circulation pump.
In the TANGO - PISTON controller version, a special algorithm for reversing the feeder motor in case of jamming has been applied.
CONTROLLER EQUIPMENT
1. Water temperature sensor in the boiler.
2. Input for connecting the feeder position sensor. The sensor contact should be closed when the feeder is in the starting position.
3. Input for connecting the basket thermostat. During operation, this input should be closed; upon exceeding the permissible basket temperature, it should open.
4. Input for connecting the room thermostat. Below the set room temperature, it should be closed, and upon reaching the temperature - open. If no room thermostat is used, the input must be permanently closed.
5. Fault signaling input for additional equipment. Applying 230 V AC voltage causes the controller to enter a "fault" state. It can be used, for example, to stop the controller after feeder motor overload (after using an additional overload switch).
6. Data transmission connector to other microprocessor devices. It can be used to connect additional devices, e.g., weather controller, remote control panel, etc.
7. Feeder motor output - allows connection of a single-phase 230 V AC motor with a rated current up to 4A in a four-wire connection for changing rotation direction - terminals: C-L-L-LR, or two-wire without the possibility of changing rotation direction - terminals: L-L.
8. Circulation pump output - for connecting a single-phase 230 V AC pump with a rated current up to 1 A.
9. Blower output - for connecting a single-phase 230 V AC blower with a rated current up to 1 A.
10. Chimney exhaust output (optional) - for connecting a single-phase 230 V AC fan with a rated current up to 1 A.
11. Fault signaling output - normally open contact, 230 V AC, load capacity up to 1 A - for connecting an additional controller fault indicator.
12. Multi-part connectors for connecting external devices, preventing the possibility of swapping connectors with wiring. This allows disconnecting the controller from the boiler equipment during service without the need to unscrew wires.
