BASIC DESCRIPTION
The blower (fan) is a device designed to supply air to the combustion chambers of central heating boilers. It can also be used for general ventilation of rooms and technological devices.
TECHNICAL DESCRIPTION
The fan housing is made of aluminum alloy. The motor is screwed to the housing with M4 screws. The metal fan impeller is mounted directly on the motor shaft and secured with a screw to prevent axial displacement. The fan's suction flange is protected by a guard preventing finger contact with moving parts (turbine). The fan motor, made with insulation class F, is protected by a thermal fuse against abnormal use and is adapted for voltage speed control. Controllers must be suitable for operation with inductive load. The fan has a CE conformity declaration. RV-18 type fans in various versions are intended for blowing air into central heating boilers and other technological devices at ambient temperatures from -15°C to +40°C with relative humidity up to 95%. The fan is not intended to operate as a standalone device for household or similar use. Primary application - coal dust boilers up to 50 kW, retort feeder boilers up to 75 kW.
