BASIC DESCRIPTION
 
The blower (fan) is a device designed to supply air to the combustion chambers of central heating boilers. It can also be used for general ventilation of rooms and technological devices.
 
TECHNICAL DESCRIPTION
 
The fan housing is made of steel sheet coated with powder paint. The motor is placed outside the housing, screwed with M4 screws, and protected by a cover made of plastic. The cover serves as protection against touching live parts. The metal fan impeller is mounted directly on the motor shaft. The fan suction flange is protected by a guard preventing finger contact with moving parts (turbine). The fan motor, made with insulation class H, can operate with a voltage speed controller. Controllers must be adapted to work with inductive loads. The fan has a CE declaration of conformity. RV-14 type fans are intended for blowing air into central heating boilers and other technological devices at ambient temperatures from -15°C to +40°C and relative humidity up to 95%. The fan is not intended to be used as a standalone device for household or similar use. Main application - coal dust boilers up to 35 kW, coal stoves.
