IRYD MZ pid fuzzy logic is a controller designed to control the operation of a central heating boiler with a screw or piston feeder (with a feeder position sensor). The controller manages an advanced heating installation. A specially designed menu allows gradual activation of subsequent functions and capabilities of the controller.

This controller features a special pid fuzzy logic operating algorithm. PID regulation is an algorithm defining the automatic process of controlling the blower operation depending on the desired temperature. The FUZZY LOGIC function allows precise tuning of the controller to the boiler, which optimizes the PID operation and improves the controller's response to changes in fuel and boiler load. The controller with the PID algorithm continuously and automatically controls the blower operation, and the temperature on the central heating boiler is maintained at a constant set level despite changes in boiler load. Thanks to such boiler operation control (blower speed): there are no sudden temperature changes in the combustion chamber and chimney, the boiler's lifespan increases, and burning time on one fuel load is extended.

Continuous blower operation eliminates the so-called "boiler bouncing." The controller also has an emergency thermostat and an output for connecting remote control or a room thermostat.
