PRINCIPLE OF OPERATION
The TITANIC 1 S controller is designed to control boilers with screw or piston fuel feeders. The version offered in this auction controls a screw feeder. The regulation process is carried out by measuring the temperature of the liquid in the C.O. boiler and appropriately controlling the fuel combustion process in the boiler to prevent it from going out.
The controller controls the operation of: feeder, blower, central heating pump (C.O.), domestic hot water pump (DHW). The fan power is smoothly controlled, which allows limiting the amount of air supplied during the combustion process. A room thermostat or remote control panel (e.g., PILOT R) can be connected to the controller, enabling maintenance of a set temperature inside a given room. This increases the comfort of using the controller.
