DESCRIPTION

Storage tanks and domestic water exchangers of the WGJ-g type are designed for heating and storing domestic hot water for apartments, single-family houses, workshops, etc. The water in the tank is heated by a coil through which hot water from the central heating boiler flows. An additional heat source can be an electric heater. These devices have pressure tanks for domestic water made of steel sheet coated inside with a layer of special, high-temperature ceramic enamel, which creates a glassy coating protecting them against corrosion. An additional anti-corrosion protection of the tank is a magnesium anode, whose operation is based on the difference in electrochemical potentials of the tank material and the anode. The cold domestic water connection inside the tank is finished with a water flow director, which limits mixing of the incoming cold domestic water with hot water. Thermal insulation is made of polystyrene foam.
