The ART PDW regulator is a regulator for coal dust boilers - top-loading and at the same time a successor to the ART PD regulator. The microprocessor ART PDW regulator is designed to control the operation of the blower and circulation pump in central heating installations where there is no need to regulate the fan speed (air supply regulation by the blower damper), it has an output for remote control connection.

BASIC DESCRIPTION

The blower (fan) is a device designed to supply air to the combustion chambers of central heating boilers. It can also be used for general ventilation of rooms and technological devices.

TECHNICAL DESCRIPTION

The fan housing is made of aluminum alloy. The motor with an external rotor placed inside the housing is screwed with M4 screws. The metal fan impeller is mounted directly on the motor's external rotor. The air inlet to the fan is protected by a guard preventing finger contact with moving parts /turbine/. All electrical connections are placed in a connection box made of insulating material. The fan motor is adapted for voltage speed regulation. The fan has a CE conformity declaration. DM 120 type fans in various versions are intended for blowing air in central heating boilers and other technological devices at ambient temperatures from -15% to +40°C and relative humidity up to 95%. The fan is not intended to operate as a standalone device for household or similar use. Basic application - coal stoves, stoves with retort feeders 25 - 50 kW.
