The device repels small rodents (mice, martens, rats, weasels, sewer rats, etc.). It emits an intermittent ultrasonic signal of variable frequency (rodents cannot get used to such a sound and do not inhabit the area protected by the "sounds").

The OdH1 "silent" model emits sound signals inaudible to the human ear, so this model is suitable for inhabited areas. For uninhabited areas, the OdH1 "audible" (sound) model is intended.

Starting the device
After removing the cover located on the bottom of the device using a small screwdriver, place 6 C-type (LR14) batteries in the compartment, observing the correct polarity (+), (-). After installing the batteries and replacing the cover, the device will start working immediately. If the repeller is powered by an adapter, it is recommended to remove the batteries, which would otherwise self-discharge. The device operation is indicated by a flashing LED located on the front panel. Power supply: 9V to 12V DC / 100mA stabilized, polarity: (+) in the center.

Device application
If you want to enlarge the protected area (approx. 100m2), use several devices placed at equal distances from each other. The device's efficiency decreases when there are objects in the room that dampen the signal (upholstered furniture, etc.). Do not use the repeller together with rodent traps (e.g., mice). The manufacturer recommends leaving the device on even if the rodents have already left the protected area.

Maintenance
The device requires no maintenance except for periodic battery checks (after about 3 weeks). A set of batteries should last for 3 months. If a battery leaks, it should be replaced immediately with a new one to prevent damage to the repeller.
