The controller is additionally equipped with an STB sensor, which is responsible for the proper combustion temperature in the boiler, in order to comply with all the standards required by new regulations. To achieve the correct effect, the controller must be connected to a class V boiler. It is also perfectly suitable for feeders whose manufacturer allows burning pellet and biomass in addition to coal. The controller has a modern design. The set includes all sensors necessary for proper operation.

IRYD RTZ Pid Fuzzy Logic COLOR is a regulator designed to control the operation of a central heating boiler with a screw or piston feeder (with a feeder position sensor). The regulator controls an advanced heating installation. A specially designed menu allows gradual activation of subsequent functions and capabilities of the regulator.
This regulator features a special pid fuzzy logic algorithm, which, after the user sets the maximum and minimum boiler power, can smoothly adjust the appropriate fuel doses depending on the load of the installation and the type of fuel. The regulator continuously controls the blower operation, selecting the appropriate amount of fuel for a given blower speed. Additionally, this version is equipped with an extra pid algorithm affecting the flue gas temperature, regulating the boiler power so that the flue gas temperature value does not exceed the maximum set by the user. These modern control algorithms help save on the amount of fuel burned, which has a beneficial effect on the natural environment.
