BASIC DESCRIPTION
The blower (fan) is a device designed to supply air to the combustion chambers of central heating boilers. It can also be used for general ventilation of rooms and technological devices.
TECHNICAL DESCRIPTION
The fan housing is made of steel sheet, the motor housing is made of aluminum alloy. The motor is attached to the housing with M8 screws. The metal fan impeller is mounted directly on the motor shaft and secured with a screw to prevent axial displacement. The fan's suction flange is protected by a guard preventing finger contact with moving parts (turbine), and also has a damper regulating the air supply. The outlet opening is finished with a flange with holes for mounting the blower and a flap (used to cut off the air supply when the blower is not operating). The housing and motor are painted black. The fan motor is made with insulation class F and protection rating IP 54. The fan has a CE conformity declaration. The blower has a 2m cable. RV-22 type fans are intended for blowing air into central heating boilers and other technological devices at ambient temperatures from -15 ºC to +40 ºC and relative humidity up to 95%. The fan is not intended to be used as a standalone device for household or similar use. The primary application is heating boilers.
