IRYD RTZ Pid Fuzzy Logic COLOR is a controller designed to control the operation of a central heating boiler with a screw or piston feeder (with a feeder position sensor). The controller manages an advanced heating installation. A specially designed menu allows gradual activation of subsequent functions and capabilities of the controller.

 

The controller is additionally equipped with an STB sensor, which is responsible for the proper combustion temperature in the boiler to comply with all the requirements of the new regulations. To achieve the correct effect, the controller must be connected to a class V boiler. It is also perfectly suitable for feeders whose manufacturer allows burning, besides coal, pellet and biomass. The controller has a modern design. The set includes all sensors necessary for proper operation.

The flue gas sensor and weather sensor are available as separate products.


The controller also works perfectly with traditional boilers with feeders.

This controller features a special pid fuzzy logic algorithm, which, after the user sets the maximum and minimum boiler power, can smoothly adjust the appropriate fuel doses depending on the installation load and type of fuel. The controller continuously controls the blower operation, selecting the appropriate amount of fuel for a given blower speed. Moreover, this version is equipped with an additional pid algorithm affecting the flue gas temperature, regulating the boiler power so that the flue gas temperature does not exceed the maximum set by the user. These modern control algorithms help save on the amount of fuel burned, which positively impacts the natural environment.

 

The controller has an STB sensor.

- feeder control with the possibility of retraction in case of jamming (available only for piston feeders)
- control of the central heating circulation pump
- control of the domestic hot water tank charging pump
- control of the second heating circuit - mixer pump or underfloor heating pump

- control of the circulation pump, which can be used in the domestic hot water circulation or central heating circulation
- support for two REMOTES or room thermostats (two independent circuits)
- possibility of weather compensation control of boiler temperature and mixer circuit*
- weekly control of central heating circuit, mixer/floor, domestic hot water, domestic hot water circulation
- operating modes WINTER, SUMMER, DOMESTIC HOT WATER PRIORITY, NO DOMESTIC HOT WATER
- 5 sets of programmable parameters between which the user can switch during controller operation
