The BCA-02 eco Combustion Process Quality Analyzer is a compact control and measurement device used for comprehensive analysis of combustion parameters in solid fuel boilers. The device allows reading parameters such as flue gas temperature and oxygen content in the flue gases, and in cooperation with Brager automation, it additionally records chimney loss parameters, energy efficiency, lambda, and carbon dioxide concentration.
The BCA-02 eco device is equipped with an Eco indicator – an RGB diode that sums up all the read parameters and continuously informs us about the quality of the combustion process occurring in the boiler. All acquired parameters provide the control system with the necessary feedback, allowing optimization and increased energy efficiency of the regulated process. This knowledge also enables the user to manually adjust the boiler's operating parameters, reducing emissions of harmful compounds contained in the flue gases, improving environmental quality, and significantly lowering costs related to the amount of fuel burned. Parameters are continuously displayed on a clear LED display, which together with the intuitive operation of the BCA-02 eco device makes combustion process regulation simple.
