The controller is additionally equipped with an STB sensor, which is responsible for the proper combustion temperature in the boiler, in order to comply with all the standards required by new regulations. To achieve the proper effect, the controller must be connected to a class V boiler. It is also perfectly suitable for feeders whose manufacturer allows burning pellet and biomass in addition to coal. The controller has a modern design. The set includes all sensors necessary for proper operation. The weather sensor is available in other listings.
The controller also works perfectly with traditional boilers with a feeder.
The TITANIC 1 S regulator is designed to control boilers with a screw or piston fuel feeder. The version offered in this listing controls a screw feeder. The regulation process is carried out by measuring the temperature of the liquid in the central heating boiler and appropriately controlling the fuel combustion process in the boiler, preventing it from going out.
The regulator controls the operation of: the feeder, blower, central heating pump (C.O.), domestic hot water pump (D.H.W.). The fan power is smoothly controlled, which allows limiting the amount of air supplied during the combustion process. A room thermostat or a remote control panel (e.g., PILOT R) can be connected to the regulator, which enables maintaining a specified temperature inside a given room. This increases the comfort of using the regulator.
The controller has an STB sensor.
For regular customers, it is possible to replace the illuminated ProND inscription with the boiler manufacturer's company name.
THE REGULATOR IS EQUIPPED WITH
- central heating boiler temperature sensor
- feeder temperature sensor - protects the boiler from the backflow of embers to the feeder
- domestic hot water tank sensor
- boiler thermostat 90 °C - protects the boiler from temperature rising above 90 °C
THE REGULATOR CONTROLS THE OPERATION OF C.O. AND D.H.W. PUMPS IN FOUR MODES
- operation without D.H.W. pump
- winter
- spring/autumn (D.H.W. priority)
- summer
The use of a semiconductor element to control the feeder increases the reliability of the feeder motor control.
