    PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

    The subject of this offer is a large handle for closing the furnace door with a durable ebonite grip.

    Ebonite - a plastic obtained in the vulcanization process of rubber, natural or synthetic, containing 20-33% sulfur. It is insoluble, non-melting, easily machinable, and has good insulating properties. This material is very resistant to elevated temperatures, making it ideal for use as handles for boiler door grips, where very high temperatures occur that can affect the structure and shape and may melt handles made of other materials, which can pose a health hazard (e.g., hand burns). The color of the handle grip is black.

    The latch is made of a galvanized steel alloy. Thanks to the use of steel alloys, the handle is very durable. Perfectly adapted to work at high temperatures. Very high quality workmanship and the use of the best alloys guarantee long-lasting operation and reliability. The handle has a properly matched shape and an aesthetic appearance. This handle is used by many central heating boiler manufacturers.

    The handle is mounted in a hole in the boiler door. The door must be adapted for this type of handle. A specially made lock allows for very precise and tight closing of the boiler door, preventing smoke from escaping into the boiler room. The lock has a screw shape and during the rotation of the handle gradually presses the boiler casing door.
