The flue elbow is used as a connection for flue gas removal from fireplaces and solid fuel heating devices operating without condensation, with temperatures that can briefly reach up to 1000°C. The elbow has two inspection elements called cleanouts, through which the connection can be checked at any time. Thanks to the use of a special clamp, the connection of the elbow elements is perfectly sealed.

PRINCIPLE OF OPERATION AND DESCRIPTION

The adjustable elbow is designed for effective joining of 2 pipes that are elements of the flue gas removal system to the chimney. It is characterized by excellent mechanical strength because it is made of sheet metal and painted with heat-resistant paint. The connections of the elements should be sealed with a special heat-resistant compound for temperatures up to 1200°C.
