CONTROLLER S-150 is designed to control the circulation pump of the central heating water. The controller's task is to switch on the pump if the temperature exceeds the set value and the set turn-on temperature. This prevents unnecessary pump operation, which saves electrical energy (savings depending on the degree of furnace use can reach up to 60%) and extends the pump's lifespan. This increases its reliability and reduces operating costs. Both the turn-on and turn-off temperatures can be set in the range of 0 °C - 99 °C. The hysteresis has been replaced by the ability to freely set the turn-off temperature.
Example; Set temperature 34 °C (lower display), turn-off temperature 31 °C. If the sensor temperature reaches 34 °C, the pump will operate until the sensor temperature drops to 31 °C, then the controller will turn off the pump.
The controller is equipped with 2 LED displays. The upper one normally shows the current temperature measured by the sensor, while the lower one shows the turn-off temperature. The MENU button switches the controller to the preview mode and setting of turn-off temperature, turn-on temperature, and anti-stop function.
THERMOSTAT FUNCTION
The controller also has a built-in thermostat function. It is possible to set the temperature at which the controller will turn off the controlled devices, and then after lowering to the desired value, it will turn the device back on.
ANTI-FREEZE FUNCTION
The controller is equipped with the ANTI-FREEZE function, which activates the pump when the ambient temperature drops below 5°C to prevent freezing.
