PELLPRO PELLET PID

The PELLPRO PELLET PID temperature controller is designed to control the operation of a central heating boiler equipped with a pellet burner. The controller manages the feeder, blower, igniter, central heating circulation pump, domestic hot water pump, and the actuator of a 3- or 4-way mixing valve. The controller automatically ignites the fuel in the burner or shuts it down.

The PELLPRO PELLET PID controller can also work with a voltage-free room thermostat operating on the principle of a closed/open contact. By connecting the PELLPRO PELLET PID controller to the Safe IT internet module, you can use the controller's functionality via a website or a mobile phone application, where you can monitor the boiler's operation, change temperature settings on the boiler or hot water tank, and adjust other parameters.

The controller independently manages two processes:

temperature regulation with smooth power modulation
combustion process regulation

The PELLPRO PELLET PID temperature controller features a flexible combustion function that minimizes the need for user interaction with the device. The controller with a PID algorithm turns the boiler on at the power level currently needed to maintain the set temperature. The boiler heats continuously, with no downtime and no sudden temperature changes in the chimney or combustion chamber. The output water temperature is stable. Boiler power regulation is done in 1% increments, meaning the minimum boiler power is 20% up to the maximum power of 100%. If the boiler temperature is 5°C higher than the set temperature, the boiler goes into shutdown mode. Conversely, when the temperature drops 5°C below the set temperature, automatic ignition occurs. The controller automatically adjusts the pause, fuel doses, feeder operation time, and air quantity; the user sets the output parameters in the controller!

The controller is sold with all wiring (sensors, cables with plugs, power cable).
