The RV-17 blower is designed for boilers using eco-pea coal, coal dust, and pellet. Its compact design allows installation near pellet feeders, where space is limited. The blower is made of painted sheet metal, making it durable and sturdy. The housing contains a motor with an external rotor. The inlet opening is protected by a mesh and a damper to regulate the blowing force. The outlet opening ends with a flange with holes for mounting.

The blower has a 200 cm power cable with a computer socket (three-pin) for connection to the controller.
