APPLICATION

Product that removes hard-to-reach micro-leaks in central heating installations (boilers, radiators, etc.)

• Using the product requires reaching a temperature of 80⁰ C on the boiler (not suitable for steam boilers and low-temperature devices).
• Effective and durable sealing of metal components. Harmless to plastics (PEX, CPVC, PPR etc.), but may be ineffective.
• Eliminates microporosity of pipes and fittings without disassembling components.
• Not suitable for heat pump systems.

Preparation for effective sealing of leaks in central heating installations in hard-to-reach places. Does not block pumps, valves, air vents. Can be used for all open and closed systems made of metals and plastics. To avoid too high an initial concentration near the boiler, especially the plate heat exchanger, it is recommended to pour the product at a point distant from the boiler on the supply side.

To avoid too high initial concentration near the boiler, especially the plate heat exchanger, it is recommended to pour the product at a point far from the boiler on the supply side.

How to use:

Preparation:

• If necessary, flush the installation before using G40 to remove sludge and deposits.
• Turn off the boiler and circulation pump.
• Drain from the installation a volume of water equal to the volume of the added fluid (at the boiler level or in the lower part of the installation).

Instructions:

• Introduce the product according to the recommended dose through the upper element of the installation (e.g., the air vent of the highest radiator) or using special filling equipment. To facilitate application, the product can be diluted with water before pouring, for example 50/50, to ease its introduction (dilution should be taken into account in the dose).
• Refill the installation with water to restore operating pressure.
• Start the system by turning on the boiler and pump.
• Allow the pump to mix the contents of the installation for 30 minutes.
• Vent the radiators well to remove all air.
• Operate the boiler at 80⁰ C for 2-3 hours (do not allow the water to boil).
• Leave the solution in the installation; any subsequent micro-leaks will be immediately sealed. The installation can function normally again.
• It is recommended to note the product name and application date on a label placed on the packaging.
• The label should be affixed to the boiler.
