PRINCIPLE OF OPERATION
The TITANIC 1 S controller is designed to control boilers with a screw or piston fuel feeder. The version offered in this auction controls a screw feeder. The regulation process is carried out by measuring the temperature of the liquid in the central heating boiler and appropriately controlling the fuel combustion process in the boiler to prevent it from going out.
The controller manages the operation of: feeder, blower, central heating pump (C.O.), domestic hot water pump (DHW). The fan power is smoothly controlled, which allows limiting the amount of air supplied during the combustion process. A room thermostat or remote control panel (e.g., PILOT R) can be connected to the controller, enabling maintenance of a set temperature inside a given room. This increases the comfort of using the controller.
Titanic is a controller intended for controlling the operation of a central heating boiler with a screw or piston feeder (with a feeder position sensor). This controller has the possibility of weather compensation control. After connecting an additional external temperature sensor, the controller calculates the boiler setting according to the heating curve set by the user. Additionally, the Titanic controller supports remote control – PILOT or room thermostat, to increase the comfort of using the controller by stabilizing the room temperature through these additional devices.
