The AGM series battery is intended, among others, for powering emergency power systems (UPS, automation systems). It performs best in float charging systems.

Main features:

• Internal construction based on separators made of fiberglass in which the electrolyte is concentrated

• Automatic sealing system. When the internal pressure inside the battery becomes too high, valves open, safely releasing the generated gas outside the casing and preventing damage. This situation occurs during battery overcharging

• Battery casing made of ABS material, cells made of copper

The construction of the AGM (Absorbing Glass Mat) battery by VOLT Polska is based on separators made of glass mat soaked with electrolyte. VRLA (Valve Regulated Lead Acid) batteries use self-regulating safety valve technology and internal gas recombination reaction. The battery casing is completely sealed, with no access to the inside of the battery, thus protecting it from any electrolyte leaks. Thanks to VRLA technology, battery maintenance such as electrolyte topping is not required during operation. This design allows the battery to operate in rooms with normal gravity ventilation, e.g., offices, apartments, houses, utility rooms.
