The pump is used in central heating systems including underfloor heating, domestic hot water, and drinking water.
PRINCIPLE OF OPERATION
The DS-100 DOMER controller is designed to control the C.O. water circulation pump. The controller's task is to turn on the pump if the temperature exceeds the desired value. This prevents unnecessary pump operation, which saves electrical energy (savings depending on the degree of furnace use can reach up to 60%) and extends the pump's lifespan. This increases its reliability and reduces operating costs.
The pump activation temperature is adjustable with a potentiometer in the range of 20 °C to 80 °C. The pump turns off if the actual temperature drops 2 degrees Celsius below the set temperature (adjusted by the potentiometer). The S-100 controller, besides the potentiometer, has two switches. The first switch is for turning on the controller (indicated by a green LED), while the second red switch is for manual pump activation. Two additional lit LEDs indicate: yellow - operation, red - pause (standstill).
BASIC FUNCTIONS OF THE PUMP
IBO - OHI pumps are designed to force water circulation in central heating and domestic hot water installations. They can also be used in solar heating systems, air conditioning, and cooling circulation systems.
With the pump, the customer receives gaskets for unions (2 pieces), a Polish user and installation manual, and a warranty card.
The pump installation should be done on a straight pipe section between two shut-off valves, in a place accessible for venting, inspection, or service. The pump should be installed so that the pump axis is positioned horizontally. Before starting the pump installation, it is essential to read the user manual.
